Introducing a new blend in honor of the Lunar/Chinese New Year!
 
This special blend is naturally cloudy, like the smoke of the dragon's breath, due to the resinoid oil present called Dragon's Blood. Dragon's Blood is derived from the sap of a tropical palm tree on the Malayan Islands and is so called for its bright red hue. The scent is reminiscent of a classic eau de cologne with top notes of neroli and bergamot and a fresh dry down of Cedarwood.
 
This beautiful blend is available in a 10ml. roll-on bottle you can carry with you, or a classic, 8.5ml. perfume bottle that comes with an organza bag that is great for gift giving. Samples are also available for $4 each (minimum purchase of $10 when ordering only samples). 
 
Dragons have been feared and revered for millennia for their power and inherent intelligence. They are symbols of good or evil dependent on the archetypal imprint on the subconscious and the image one chooses to adhere to. In science, the observer affects the observed, and in this new year we have the choice to conduct ourselves in fear, or in strength. And, by strength I do not mean the force of muscle that is so prevalent in some societies but an inner power of humility and wisdom that the dragon symbolizes more in eastern philosophies. However, I do not wish to sound like I know that which I have not experienced in my own culture. I can only share what the dragon has shown me as I’ve worked to create this blend.
 
The ancient teachings I have studied portray the dragon as a benevolent protector of great treasure and conveyor of divine wisdom and good luck. The Wood Dragon Blend is a proprietary blend that includes pure essentials of Bergamot, Petitgrain, Lavender, Cedarwood, and Dragon's Blood oil. It is also enhanced with genuine chips of petrified wood. Petrified wood is a fossilized version of trees and plant matter that was alive over 65-500 million years ago. This results in its relationship to time and transformative qualities. It is a balancing and grounding stone that can help promote calmness and spiritual healing. Wood also carries an energy imprint of achievement and expansion. Wood and fire support each other, which also plays into the Dragon mythologies, and while it carries a “softening” element, bringing more ease, it can also cover, or fuel, intense “heat” and anger or anxiety. Working with this blend brings an invitation to calm and balance the "dragon" forces within, while opening doors to luck and abundance.
